If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Return Period<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Eligibility for a Return<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The item must be in its original condition: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must have the receipt or alternative proof of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Initiating a Return<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Send an email to shop@mynus.de including your order number and, if applicable, a photo of the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once your return is accepted, you will receive:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A return shipping label<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instructions on how to send your package<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns must be shipped to: mynus UG (haftungsbeschr\u00e4nkt), Gabrielenstr. 14, 80636 Munich, Germany<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Important: Returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Damages &amp; Issues<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at shop@mynus.de if any item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Non-Returnable Items<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Custom-made products \/ personalized items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sale items &amp; gift cards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Exchanges<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exchanges are processed via a return and re-order:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Return the original item as described above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place a separate new order for the desired item.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will be notified as soon as your return has been inspected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@mynus.de.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>EU Right of Withdrawal<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For deliveries within the EU, you have the right to cancel or withdraw your order within 30 days, without giving any reason.
